Baristas will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages to customers, and creating a consistent high quality product and experience. Baristas must be committed to providing superior customer service. This position includes cashier duties.
The person having this position must possess good communication skills, and have the ability to resolve conflict with a thorough understanding of Wayne and Freda policies. Baristas must develop and maintain the company’s culture, values and reputation with all staff, guests, vendors and partners.
Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position. This person may be expected to perform other tasks and duties as needed or as directed
Be a good communicator and provide excellent customer service to every patron
Take food and beverage orders from patrons and prepare them to the highest quality
Take care of the equipment we use on a daily bases
Be Respectfulto yourself, our guests and your fellow co-workers
Follow standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, training material, memos and verbal instruction
